Patient Representative
Quality, courteous and compassionate care is our goal. However, if a patient has a concern, we want to address it. Our patient representative welcomes calls from patients, current or past, who want to share a concern about their hospital care. Inpatients and emergency department patients are encouraged to complete the patient survey they receive upon dismissal. Patients or family members with concerns are encouraged to contact our patient representative at 264-6208, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. If she is away from her desk, please leave a message on her answering machine that includes your name and telephone number.

Tours
Tours are conducted annually for area preschool groups, all first grade classes in Spencer and other elementary groups upon request, as well as professional and social organizations upon request. Please call 264-6145 to make arrangements.
