Our nationally registered and licensed dietitians specialize in creating individualized plans that will turn your nutrition goals into reality. Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is provided for inpatients and outpatients.
MNT includes assessment of a person's present nutrition, identification of goals for improving nutrition and then planning a nutrition program with the individual to help achieve these goals. Improving health status is an ultimate goal. Our dietitians also provide informational presentations for community groups Diabetic Education - Spencer Hospital's Diabetic Educatio program provides a team approach to diabetes management with a committed team comprised of nurses and dietitians with support from social services, pharmacy and other health care disciplines. |
