Details:
Parents and high school students will discover how to prepare for the transition to college life.
Topics include great ways to stay healthy, eat well, keep safe, navigate dorm life, and maintain connection.

Interactive demonstration to help teens fend off an attacker using self-defese moves. Taught by Black Belt (and Spencer Hospital Pharmacy Director) Gayle Mayer. She will train participants in risks, behaviors, crime prevention, campus safety and actions they can take to stay safe.
Thursday, March 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Spencer Hospital
This event is free to all participants and includes a free meal (Taco Bar).
