Spencer Hospital will be teaming up with Avera Medical Group-Spencer to provide Check Up for Chicks, on Tuesday. May 15. The event will include comprehensive, low-cost health screenings for women that morning and participants will be invited to return for an evening program for a complimentary dinner during which time they will receive the results of their health screening, individualized recommendations based on those results and also be treated to a panel discussion led by local healthcare providers.

Registration process:

1. Call Spencer Hospital Laboratory at 264-6173. They will set up your 15 minute appointment for a time that works for you between 6-8 am on Tuesday, May 15. Fast for 12 hours before appointment time. The cost of this screening is $50 and payment is due at the time of appointment.
2. Later that evening, join us in the conference center in the lower level of Spencer Hospital between 5:30 - 5:45 PM to pick up your results and enjoy a light meal.
3. At 6 PM we will have a Q&A Session with four experts in women’s health from Avera Medical Group - Spencer.
