Are you a smoker or do you know a smoker that is ready to quit? We want to help you Beat the Pack. This smoking cessation course will give you the tools you need to make that important step to stop smoking and start on the path to a healthier you. Behavior modification and group support can help you reach your goal. Join us for four 1-hour sessions from 6-7PM in the lower level Conference Center of Spencer Hospital. Meeting Dates: Kick-Off Nov. 5 Meeting 1 Nov. 19 Meeting 2 Nov. 26 Meeting 3 Dec. 3 Meeting 4 Dec. 10 The cost for the entire program is $100. If you complete the program, you will be REFUNDED $50.
