Special Delivery: Childbirth/Parenting

Details:

This 4 session series introduces anatomy and physiology, babies’ presentation and positioning, signs of the onset of labor as well as working as a team with a coach. The course guides students through true and false labor, gets them started in timing and contractions, as well as relaxation techniques and breathing. This course also includes sessions in parenting, and the Lifetime Dads program. This course is instructed by a Certified Child Birth Educator and Certified Breastfeeding Educator. We encourage you to enroll after your sixth month of pregnancy and bring along your birth coach.
