At Spencer Hospital’s 16-bed Mental Health Unit, we believe each person is a unique individual worthy of respect and dignity. Our mission is to provide safety, care, and support while assisting the patient to work through his or her problems. This same philosophy guides the care in the mental health outpatient programs of Partial Hospitalization and Psych Home Health.

The Partial Hospitalization Program provides a level of care that does not require overnight hospitalization. This is a time-limited program that offers education and support with medication, living skills, and other issues associated with reintegration into the community..
