Early Pregnancy: A 3-hour class that is recommended within the first few months of pregnancy and will help expectant mothers good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding: This class is designed for the expectant mother who wishes to breastfeed her baby. Information and techniques will be given on making breastfeeding a special experience.
Childbirth Preparation Course: This series of classes is recommended after the sixth month of pregnancy. Classes will focus on labor and delivery issues, including coping mechanisms for labor, pain management and partner support.
Childbirth Refresher: This class is for the expectant mother and her support person who have previously attended a childbirth preparation class.
Big Brother/Big Sister Class: Designed for siblings ages 2 and older to help them prepare to welcome a baby into the home.
Infant/Child CPR: This 3-hour class is especially designed for parents or other persons who care for children. The class will emphasize infant and child health and safety, including CPR, choking management and injury prevention measures for children ages infant to 8 years.
