Volunteers are priceless! There are many ways to volunteer your time and talents to Spencer Hospital. Our Volunteer Services are coordinated through the Spencer Hospital Auxiliary. If you're interested in being a part of serving the public, here are just a few ways you can help:

Enjoy walking? We welcome volunteer escorts to provide a friendly face and comforting guidance to patients and visitors.

Love people? Volunteer at our information desk. We're looking for welcoming faces to greet visitors and who also appreciate the need for confidentiality.

Are you a shopper? Our Gift Shop may be the place for you ... that is, if you can resist temptation yourself!

Good with your hands? Each year volunteers knit hundreds of baby caps to send home with newborns.

Like to visit? Our patients enjoy the books and magazines delivered by volunteers who manage the magazine cart. Also, everyone is delighted to see a volunteer delivering flowers, balloons, mail or e-greetings.
