RN - Surgery (FT) $10,000 in Hiring Incentives

Responsibilities:

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the Operating Room area. Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period
Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care
Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients

Requirements:

Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
IA RN license
BLS and ACLS are required
One year of Medical/Surgical or similar nursing experience required

Schedule:

72 hours a pay period
8 - 9 hour variable day shifts in a 2 week period
Minimal on-call weeknights and weekend rotation
The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
