Pharmacist (PT)

Responsibilities:

The Pharmacist works in a hospital pharmacy environment consisting of unit dose dispensing, IV admixtures, computerized profiles, compounding, clinical monitoring, medication information, technician supervision, etc
The pharmacist will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care for all customers of Spencer Municipal Hospital by following established regulations, standards, and practices

Requirements:

A graduate from a School of Pharmacy (B.S. or Pharm.D.)
Iowa Pharmacist license
Hospital experience preferred

Schedule:

48-56 hours per period
8-9.5 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30a-5p
Weekdays with weekend/holiday rotation
On-call per department rotation
