Guest Services


Lost & Found – If you lose an item, please have a member of our staff contact Housekeeping Services for you. If you find an item, please give it to one of our staff members who will contact the Housekeeping Supervisor.


Cafeteria – Our hospital cafeteria, located on the first floor, provides a place for visitors to enjoy a snack or complimentary cup of coffee 24-hours each day. Meals are served seven days each week. 

Hot Breakfast 6:30-9 a.m. - Monday - Friday  
Continental Breakfast 9-10 a.m. M-F & 6:30-10 a.m. - Sat & Sun
Lunch 11 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. - Everyday
Light Lunch 1:15-1:45 p.m. - Monday - Friday
Supper 5-6:30 p.m. - Everyday



Guests may eat with the patients in the room. To do so, a guest meal ticket should be purchased at the cashier’s desk at least one hour prior to meal time. The guest meal will be sent to the room at the same time the patient’s meal is delivered. Vending machines with snacks and soft drinks are located within the cafeteria and various areas throughout the hospital.  

Muggabeans Coffee Co. – Serves a variety of gourmet coffees as well as daily lunch options, teas, lattes, shakes, breakfast muffins, scones and Italian sodas. Muggabeans is open Monday – Friday from 6:30 am – 4 p.m


Internet Access – Computers are available for public use to access the internet in our Surgery Center waiting area and in Muggabeans coffee shop. Wireless access on your personal laptop is available throughout the hospital. 

Gift Shop – Spencer Hospital Auxiliary offers a lovely gift shop just off the main lobby on first floor. Staffed entirely by our Auxiliary volunteers, the gift shop offers a wide range of gifts for your friends or loved ones . . . or yourself! The gift shop is open each weekday from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Gift Shop offers an assortment of floral arrangements and also have latex-safe balloons available. 

Patient Representative – You can contact our Patient Representative Monday through Friday at 264-6208. If she is not at her desk, you will be able to leave a message on her voice mail. 


Notary Public – If you are in need of a notary public to have a document notarized, please notify your nurse.


Magazine & Book Cart – Our Auxiliary volunteers make rounds each weekday to patient rooms with a magazine and book cart. Please feel free to borrow any publication for your enjoyment. 

Mail & Floral Deliveries – Our Auxiliary volunteers also deliver personal mail to each patient and any floral deliveries brought to the hospital’s Information Desk. If mail arrives once you have been dismissed, it will be forwarded to your home address.


Chapel & Chaplain Services – A small chapel is provided on the second floor adjacent to Elevator B for patients, visitors and staff members who seek a few moments of quiet reflection and prayer.
