Immunization Clinic

Immunizations offer protection from certain infectious diseases and help reduce the spread of disease to others, keeping us Healthier Together.

Clay County Public Health Services of Spencer Hospital provide Immunization Clinics each Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM – 5 PM, located on the second floor (Suite 206) of the Spencer Medical Arts Building, 116 E. 11th Street. Call (712) 264-6685 to schedule an appointment or to ask any questions.

Vaccine recommendations vary with age.  With routine visits, children can be protected from 14 diseases before the age of two.  Vaccines are given again prior to school entry to boost levels of protection.  Then at age 11, a few more vaccines are needed to offer immunity to diseases more common in adolescence.
