Position qualifies for hiring incentive of $15-20k and Student Loan Repayment Program up to $200/month! Plus - work 72 hours a pay period and be paid 80 hours a pay period!
Your Wage - Your Choice! Weekend Package is offered 10% above base pay to elect benefits or 33% above base wage to waive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for post-operative and acute care patients requiring hospitalization
- Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period
- Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care
- Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients
Requirements:
- Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
- IA RN license or compact state
- BLS and ACLS - inhouse certification available upon hire
- New grads are welcome to apply - Nurse Residency Program upon hire!
Schedule: NEW INCENTIVE - Work 72 hours a pay period and be paid 80 hours a pay period!
- Weekend Package Incentive Pay Included! Choose with or without benefits
- With benefits: Pay is 10% higher than base pay
- Without benefits: Pay is 33% higher than base pay
- 42 out of 52 weekends
- 10 weekends off per year but may work additional during the week and weekends if there is a need
- 3 day weekend package. Fri-Sun. Days/Nights. ($15,000 Hiring Incentive)
- 3 day weekend package. Fri-Sun. Straight Nights. ($20,000 Hiring Incentive)
- The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
