RN - Inpatient Services (Straight Nights-FT) $20,000 Hiring Incentive

Position qualifies for hiring incentive of $20k and Student Loan Repayment Program up to $200/month!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for post-operative and acute care patients requiring hospitalization
Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period
Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care
Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients

Requirements:

Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
IA RN license or compact state
BLS and ACLS - inhouse certification available upon hire
New grads are welcome to apply - Nurse Residency Program upon hire!

Schedule:

72 a pay period. 12 hour shifts. Primarily Nights. Holiday and weekend rotation
The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
