Your Inpatient Stay

For anticipated hospital stays, pre-registration is encouraged so that when you arrive at the hospital your registration process will be a quick validation and check-in.

Billing, Insurance & Financial Assistance

Hospital bills and health insurance claims can be confusing. We want to help you understand how we bill patients, and get information on financial assistance.

Questions & Concerns

Quality, courteous and compassionate care is our goal. However, if a patient has a concern, we want to address it. Our patient representative welcomes calls from patients, current or past, who want to share a concern about their hospital care. Also, concerns can be filed directly with the hospital's accreditation body, Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ).

Spiritual Care & Support

At your request, your own minister can be contacted or a member of the local clergy who has offered his or her services to provide spiritual care to patients and family members. The hospital also offers a quiet spot for reflection or prayer. The hospital chapel is located on second floor.
