**Road Construction means a slight detour to access the Hartley Family Care Clinic. Patients should take the driveway off of HWY 18 (north of the clinic) and drive across the big grass lot to access the the clinic parking lot.
Hartley Family Care offers local family medical care to the community as well as laboratory, diagnostic imaging and physical therapy services.
Jamie Billings, ARNP, serves as the clinic's primary care provider.
Billings provides general family practice services including preventative care, treatment of episodic illness, physicals, chronic disease management and referral to specialists. She specializes in diabetes management, cardiac issues such as heart failure and coronary artery disease and women’s health issues.
