Each donation for the Garden of Life campaign is given to the Spencer Regional Healthcare Foundation in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special caregiver will be represented by a blooming plant.

After recently being named a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital, the recognition has been elevated even further earning a coveted spot among the Top 20 Rural & Community Hospitals in the nation. This distinction, awarded by the National Rural Health Association, places Spencer Hospital among the highest-performing mid-sized rural hospitals in the country.
