  • Annual Garden of Life Campaign Underway

During the Garden of Life campaign, each donation given to the Spencer Regional Healthcare Foundation in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special caregiver will be represented by a blooming plant in the hospital park.

  • Emergency Department Parking Temporarily Relocated on Wednesday (May 13th, 2020)

    posted on Monday, May 11, 2020 In preparation for installing a new MRI unit at Spencer Hospital, first, the current one needs to be removed, a task which requires planning and extra lifting power. To safely remove the unit which weighs approximately three tons, a large crane will be parked in the area typically used for emergency department (ED) parking on Wednesday, May 13. The parking area for emergency services will be temporarily relocated between 7 AM to 7 PM that day.

  • Five Spencer Hospital Nurses Recognized Among Iowa's 100 Great Nurses of 2020

They were to be honored at a special celebration in Des Moines on May 3; however, the event was canceled due to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
