In phase one, the vaccine is to be offered to healthcare personnel and to residents of long-term care facilities. Some areas in the state may receive a limited supply of vaccine as early as the week of December 13, with increased allocations in later weeks. Local health officials are prepared to distribute, once a supply is received.
