Our patient representative welcomes calls from patients, current or past, who want to share a concern about their hospital care. Inpatients and emergency department patients are encouraged to complete the patient survey they receive upon dismissal. Patients or family members with concerns are encouraged to contact our patient representative Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If she is away from her desk, please leave a message on her answering machine that includes your name and telephone number.
