Join us for Diabetes Support Group! This group will offer a wonderful opportunity to learn from professionals and from each other as we discuss experiences and share solutions.
This support group is for anyone who has Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, or has a loved one with Diabetes.
Spencer Hospital’s Dietitian, Darlene DeWitt, and Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse, Anne Rosendahl, will be presenting during this time on holiday food choices and exercises you can do during the winter months.
No appointment is necessary; free to attend. Coffee and water available.
