This one day course introduces anatomy and physiology, babies’ presentation and positioning, signs of the onset of labor as well as working as a team with a coach. The course guides students through true and false labor, gets them started in timing contractions, as well as relaxation techniques and breathing. It also includes sessions in parenting. This course is instructed by International Child Birth Educators, Board Certified Lactation Consultant and OB nurses. We encourage you to enroll after your sixth month of pregnancy and bring along your birth coach.

Please list your due date and physician in the registration form comment box. Also, please just check one attendee for the expectant mom. There is no charge for your coach.
