• 4 - 6:30 PM: Spencer Hospital Gift Shop is Open - The Gift Shop will be open extended hours during the event for attendees to enjoy some shopping!
   
• 4:30 - 6:30 PM: Schedule Your Mammogram - Typically no out-of-pocket cost through your wellness coverage. Call (712) 264-6181 to schedule an appointment!
   
• 5 - 6:30 PM: Women's Health & Wellness Booths, Come & Go - Visit with health experts on topics including breast health, pelvic and gynecology health, incontinence care, diabetes management, nutrition, bone health, mental health, and more!

• 6:30 - 7 PM: "Hormones & Your Health" with Dr. Amy Jochims - Family Physician at Avera Medical Group Spencer, Dr. Amy Jochims, will be presenting on the topic of "Hormones & Your Health" with a Q&A to follow.
