The 2021 Special Enrollment Period for Marketplace coverage has been extended until August 15, 2021. This special enrollment period is for Americans who are uninsured or under-insured and in need of access to affordable healthcare coverage, offered through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
To enroll for coverage or see if you qualify for financial assistance to reduce the cost of monthly premiums, please visit www.healthcare.gov or www.cuidadodesalud.gov.
Consumers can also contact the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596. Spencer Hospital has Certified Application Counselors on staff who can provide local assistance. To schedule an appointment with a Spencer Hospital counselor, please call 712-264-6124 and select Option 2 to reach a financial counselor.
