RN - ICU - NIGHTS (FT) $15,000 Hiring Incentive

2 full-time openings available!

60 hours or 72 hours a pay period straight NIGHTS - Full-time benefit eligible
$10,000 sign on for full-time nursing positons
PLUS and extra $5,000 for straight nights
Paid out over 2 years - year 1 receive $6500, year 2 receive the remaining $8500
- Must be active and in the same capacity as hired

Responsibilities:

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the ICU.
Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period.
Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care.
Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients.

Requirements:

Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
IA RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required - inhouse education available upon hire
One year of Medical/Surgical preferred or critical care experience
New grads with a strong desire for critical care are encouraged to apply

Schedule:

60 or 72 hours a pay period
Day/night 12 hour shifts
The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
