Do you struggle to sleep at night yet find yourself tired during the day? Do your sleep habits impact your family members? Want to learn how to improve your sleep? Visit the “Better Sleep Event” on Thursday, October 10 between 10 AM – 4 PM at the Spencer Medical Arts Building (Avera Medical Group Spencer location), hosted by Avera Home Medical Equipment of Spencer Hospital.
Staff will provide free CPAP cleaning and checks and will also be demonstrating SoClean, which helps cleanse and purify a CPAP unit. The new, light-weight Z2 Auto CPAP, which is ideal for travel, will be available to see and purchase. Attendees will have the opportunity to win great door prizes, too.
