Laura Johnson & Heidi Farquhar

Laura Johnson is a Speech and Language Pathologist at the Spencer Hospital. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Northern Iowa. Laura works with adults and children with speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders. With her most recent certification and focus in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) LOUD program, Laura works hand and hand with the providers and the patients to reach their maximum potential. She is passionate about educating and empowering patients with their communication abilities. 

Heidi has been a Speech Language Pathologist for 17 years, and an employee of Spencer Hospital since 2001. Heidi has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorder from South Dakota State University and Master’s degree is Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Dakota. Heidi works with both children and adults with speech, language, swallowing and voice disorders. Heidi works hand in hand with providers and the patients to reach their maximum potential.
