Home health care through Avera@Home of Spencer Hospital provides professional health care services to patients and their families in familiar and comforting home surroundings. In addition to providing direct care, home health teaches families how to care for a loved one as well as self-care tips the individual can perform.

Home Health Care

Medical Social Worker

Medical social workers assist individuals with personal, family, financial, and other problems that may occur as a result of an illness, disability, or injury.

Avera@Home staff works with Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, most insurance, private pay, and other payor sources to help continue quality care needed and desired by you and your family.
