Some dental procedures are more involved, and for the patient’s benefit may need the option of general anesthesia for the dental surgery. This is very beneficial for pediatric patient who need extensive restoration and repair, and for mentally handicapped individuals who are unable to tolerate routine dental care.
For a major dental procedure or extensive treatment, you will receive general anesthesia in our hospital setting to make you sleep during treatment.
